Deliveries may be scheduled Monday through Saturday based on location and carrier availability. Our delivery partner will be reaching out to schedule delivery day and time.

IN-STOCK ITEM RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS

We offer flexible returns and will refund the amount paid minus a 15% processing fee and shipping fee, once your order arrives back at our facility. In-stock items must be returned unused and unwashed.

To begin the return process, please email pictures of your item to cs@tomcollinshome.com We will send you a UPS return label via email. Your order must be shipped back within 30 days from delivery. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.

Made-to-order return must be requested within 60 days of delivery

Upholstered made-to-order returns initiated within 60 days of delivery will incur a 50% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The return must be completed within 60 days of the delivery date, returns picked up outside of 60 days will not be honored. Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.

To begin the return process, email pictures of your item to cs@tomcollinshome.com. A member of our team will be in touch shortly. You can then arrange for our delivery partner to pick up your furniture order. The returning furniture must be picked up within your 60 day return window. Once picked up, you will be refunded for the returning furniture minus a 50% processing fee.

Return eligibility is determined at the discretion of Tom Collins Home; damaged items cannot be returned.

5-Year Limited Sofa Warranty (2 Years for Commercial Use)

1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of
original purchase.

- Residential Use: Covered for five (5) years.
- Commercial Use (e.g., offices, lobbies, hospitality): Covered for two (2) years.

a. Frame
We warrant the internal wood frame against breakage or manufacturing defects for the applicable coverage
period (5 years residential / 2 years commercial). This includes joints, webbing, and structural supports.

b. Cushions
Cushions are warranted against excessive loss of shape or resilience. Normal softening or flattening over
time is expected and not considered a defect.
- Residential use: 5 years
- Commercial use: 2 years

c. Upholstery Material (Fabric or Leather)
We warrant upholstery against defects such as seam slippage, fraying, or tearing under normal use:
- Residential use: 5 years
- Commercial use: 2 years
Fading, pilling, wrinkling, and minor fabric wear are considered normal and not covered.

2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Burns, cuts, pet damage, stains, or improper cleaning.
- Use of harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Normal wear and tear, including cushion softening and fabric aging.
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties.

3. How to File a Claim
